Are you eligible to participate in the AURORA-3 trial?
We are currently enrolling adults aged 18–65 who have been diagnosed with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. This Phase III, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study is evaluating the safety and efficacy of spesolimab in reducing symptom burden over a 52-week period.
Participants must not have previously received a biologic therapy or have a known hypersensitivity to IL-36 receptor antagonists. All procedures will be conducted in accordance with ICH E6(R2) GCP guidelines.
